Our service area includes much of Central Kentucky, and delivery is available to many surrounding cities and communities.

Yes! We offer overnight rentals for Friday and Saturday bookings only.

To reserve an overnight rental, simply select the Overnight Rental option during checkout. Overnight rentals are available for an additional fee.

Not necessarily! We will do our best to accommodate your space whenever possible.

Each inflatable on our website includes the minimum space requirements in its description. For safe setup and operation, we recommend having at least 5 feet of clearance on all sides, including overhead clearance.

Our inflatables can be set up on:

• ✅ Grass (preferred)

• ✅ Concrete or blacktop

• ✅ Dry, level dirt
  

Unfortunately, we cannot set up on gravel, as it causes excessive wear and tear on our inflatables. Grass is always our preferred setup surface because it allows us to securely anchor the inflatable for maximum safety.

In most cases, no. Our inflatables are typically set up for 8 hours or overnight, and any impact on your lawn is usually temporary.

It's normal to see some flattened or matted grass after the inflatable is removed, but this typically returns to normal within about a week.

For safety, all inflatables are secured using stakes or other approved anchoring methods. If your setup is on grass, the stakes will be driven into the ground, leaving small holes that generally heal quickly with normal lawn growth.

We take every precaution to minimize any impact on your property while ensuring your inflatable is installed safely and securely.

Yes. Each inflatable has its own maximum weight limits and occupancy limits to ensure safe operation.

Most of our inflatables can accommodate both children and adults, with an individual weight limit of up to 250 lbs. However, each unit also has a maximum combined weight capacity that must not be exceeded.

The specific weight and occupancy limits for each inflatable are listed on its individual rental page. Please review these guidelines before booking to ensure the inflatable is appropriate for your event.

We understand that plans can change!

• More than 72 hours before your scheduled rental: You may choose to reschedule your booking or receive a full refund.

• Within 72 hours of your scheduled rental: Cancellations are eligible for a refund of your rental total minus a $50 cancellation fee.
  

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to work with you and make the process as easy as we can.

No. For everyone's safety, inflatables should never be used in the rain, especially if there is lightning or severe weather in the area.

If it begins to rain during your rental:

• Evacuate everyone from the inflatable immediately.

• Turn off and unplug the blower.

• Cover or move the blower to protect it from rain and other elements.
  

Weather Policy

If rain or severe weather is forecasted on the day of your rental, we will contact you before delivery. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your rental or issue a full refund if necessary.

Please note: Weather-related cancellations are the only exception to our standard cancellation policy and are eligible for a full refund within 72 hours of your scheduled rental.

Once you have accepted delivery and the inflatable has been set up, no refunds, rain checks, or discounts will be issued due to changes in the weather after delivery.
